Please carefully read the following guidelines before making the booking with us; Once the booking is being confirmed, it will be considered that the customer has agreed to and will comply with the following terms and conditions^
② Pay by FPS, PayMe or bank transfer to secure your booking
③ Self-pickup from Kwai Hing or delivery van hailing service may be arranged on behalf of customers
④ Return props
⑤ Deposit will be refunded in full after return (Subject to the condition of the props returned)
Please note: We will thoroughly check the props as quickly as possible once the props have been returned to our storehouse. It may take us a bit of time to carry out the said process & return the deposit (Generally would not take more than 2 days). We apologise for any inconvenience caused in advance.
Rent and Deposit
In addition to the props rental charges, the customer must leave a refundable deposit with us whilst the booking is being confirmed
If the returned items are clean and undamaged, the deposit paid will be refunded in full
The deposit will generally be refunded within 2 days after the props are returned
We hope that our customers will cherish and keep the props in a clean and hygienic manner. If the props are found damaged or cannot be cleaned/reinstated and cannot be reused in subsequent bookings, the incurred cost# shall be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the deposit.
The rental period for each item package varies from 24 hours to 48 hours. For details, please check the webpage of each package
If the customer fails to return the props punctually at the agreed time, please contact us in advance to make arrangements
If the props are returned late without prior notice, 50% of the total booking payment (excluding the deposit) will be charged as a deferred surcharge on a daily basis (*Less than 24 hours will be counted as one day)
Arrangement for Self-pickup/Return
We will try our best to cooperate with the customer's self-pickup/return time, and we hope that the customer would also arrive punctually according to the agreed time
Location for self-pickup/ return: G/F, Wing Cheung Industrial Building (3-5 mins walk from Exit A of Kwai Hing station)
Self-pickup time: Please contact us for arrangement
Return time: Before 7:00pm
If you are expected to be late, please inform us 30 minutes before the agreed time
If the customer fails to arrive within 20 minutes without prior notice, a small waiting fee of $50 (to be deducted from the deposit) will be charged
If the customer requires to rearrange the time for pick-up/return, please inform us at least 3 hours before the agreed time. Otherwise, a small fee of $50 (to be deducted from the deposit) will be charged
Reschedule and Cancellation
If the customer suggests a rescheduling or cancellation of the booking, please refer to the following arrangements:
If the request is submitted less than 24 hours prior to the agreed pick-up time, it will not be processed (Unless due to inclement weather)
(All changes are subject to the availability of the items)
If the request is submitted 14 days or more before the rental date, we will charge 30% of the total rent as a handling fee (deposit will be refunded in full)
If the request is submitted 7 days or more before the rental date, we will charge 50% of the total rent as a handling fee (deposit will be refunded in full)
If the request is submitted 1 days or more before the rental date, we will charge 70% of the total rent as a handling fee (deposit will be refunded in full)
If the request is submitted on the rental date, we charge 100% of the total rent as a handling fee (deposit will be refunded in full)
In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Traditional Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
